Your questions answered.

Do you offer telehealth?

At this time, all of my therapy sessions are being conducted in person for the foreseeable future. I understand that some individuals prefer virtual sessions. However, I have found that meeting in person allows for a more intimate therapeutic relationship. If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to see if it feels right for you. If after a few sessions you determine that in-person therapy is a deal breaker, I will be happy to help you find the right fit.

What does a consultation entail?

Once you have reached out expressing interest, we will set up a phone call. The call itself is an opportunity for us to check in to see if moving forward with therapy together feels like an appropriate fit. I have a few standard questions I ask and will provide you with more information on my approach to therapy as well as what you can expect if you do choose to move forward with me as your therapist. This will also be a time for you to get any questions you might have answered. If your circumstances warrant skillsets that I don’t specialize in, I will provide you with appropriate referrals.
