Most of the clients I work with are struggling with life transitions, general stress and/or anxiety. I have experience working with children, young adults, adults, and older adults.

My approach to counseling is collaborative, allowing the client to voice the direction of our treatment, while offering evidence-based strategies to encourage progress. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am an art therapist and facilitate the use of art-making to reflect, digest and express thoughts and emotions that are difficult to put into words.
